3.6 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an 18aaco account to another individual is strictly prohibited.
4.1 18aaco is committed to operating a safe, fair, and legally compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
4.2 You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

5.4 Deposits are generally credited to your 18aaco account instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. 18aaco is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay network outages.
5.5 You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts or cards belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
5.6 18aaco does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 18aaco bears no responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawals from your 18aaco account are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit or, where multiple methods have been used, to a verified method registered in your name.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by account verification status and VIP tier.

6.4 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Pending KYC verification will pause any withdrawal request without forfeiture of funds.

6.6 Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances and bonus funds that have completed the wagering cycle may be withdrawn.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20× (twenty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 12.3 In no event shall 18aaco's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 18aaco account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
13.1 The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data by 18aaco is governed by the 18aaco Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.
13.2 18aaco will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to deliver platform services or to comply with legal obligations.
14.1 You may close your 18aaco account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

15.3 Your continued use of the 18aaco platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure under Section 14.
